Sponsorship Levels for 2013

Please join Portland Latino Gay Pride (PLGP) in celebrating its eight year anniversary!

Established in 2006, PLGP organizes a community celebration recognizing the talents, contributions, and experiences of LGBTQ Latino/as.  Bringing together individuals, organizations and businesses, PLGP has grown from an “evening reception” to a multicultural series of events and programs.

Our 2013 theme is İViva la Vida! (Celebrate Life) and we are preparing a vibrant and colorful program reflective and inclusive of our many cultures. PLGP consistently experiences record attendance for each of our events! This year’s celebration includes:

  • Voz Alta: Evening of Latino Art, Music, and Poetry; Mariposa Awards and PLGP Scholarship presentation
  • PLGP Dance Party:  Dance the night away with sexy Go-Go Boys and Girls, Latin tunes, and late night surprises
  • PLGP Festival: Showcasing sponsors, community partners, live music, local cuisine and regional performers

Over 1200 individuals participate each year, with nearly 600 at the PLGP Festival alone. We are confident this year’s celebration will surpass those numbers. We hope you will partner with us and other local supporters to make this year’s celebration a tremendous success.

Below is a description of the 2013 Sponsorship Levels. We can customize to insure a mutually beneficial agreement.

 

$5,000.00 Esperanza (Hope) Level: 

Includes all items listed at the Levels below, PLUS:

  • 4 passes to Voz Alta, PLGP Dance Party and Festival VIP Area for company representatives.
  • One (1) 3-minute greetings from stage during PLGP Festival.
  • Exhibitor booth space prominently featured at July 21 PLGP Festival.
  • Two (2) exclusive Portland Latino Gay Pride Swag Bags.

 

$2,500.00 Alma (Soul) Level:

Includes all items listed at the Levels below, PLUS:

  • Inclusion in media interviews, press coverage, social media, and publicity opportunities.
  • 2 passes to “Voz Alta” OR 2 passes to “Dance Party” for company representatives.
  • One (1) 2-minute greeting from stage during one of the weekend events.
  • The right to display (1) banner at PLGP Festival (Banners to be no more than 4’ high by 8’wide)

 

$1,000 Sueño (Dream) Level: 

Includes all items listed at the Level below, PLUS:

  • One (1) exhibit booth space at July 21st PLGP Festival.
  • The opportunity to distribute a flier or coupon at the festival.

$500.00 Corazon (Heart) Level: 

  • Sponsor name and link on www.latinogaypridepdx.com website.
  • Sponsor name featured on event printed program, posters, flyers, and advertisements.
