Pride NW www.pridenw.org invites you to the First Annual Portland’s Prides Community Mixer scheduled for Saturday, Mauy 31st, 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the Q Center (69 SE Taylor Avenue).  Folks from Pride NW, Portland Latino Gay Pride and Portland Black Pride will be there as well as special guest Portland Mayor Tom Potter.

Mayor Potter a long standing ally and supporter of our community will read a proclamation recognizing all the great ways Portland celebrate LGBTQ Pride in the city.  Don’t miss out and please RSVP to Debra at president@pridenw.org

Black and Brown Summit - Philadelphia Black Gay Pride

Unity Project of Oregon (formerly Brother to Brother) is organizing an Oregon Contingent to attend this historic event. Sponsored by the International Federation of Black Prides, Inc. (IFBP), the National Black and Brown Summit will take place on April 25th, in conjunction with Philadelphia Black Gay Pride.

The purpose is to identify areas for collaboration and partnerships among African American and Latino LGBT communities , leaders, organizations, and grass roots movements.  More info http://www.ifbprides.org/ifbp_summit_pr.php

Entre Hermanos - Seattle Connection

Portland Latino Gay Pride is proud to announce their collaboration with Entre Hermanos. For the past 15 years, Entre Hermanos has been providing services and support to the Seattle Latino LGBTQ community and through out the State of Washington.

They will be helping us with entertainment ideas and getting Seattle folks excited about our celebration!  We’ll be spreading the word about the great things they do. Muchas Gracias Entre Hermanos!
